1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using SaazISD InventoryPro ("the Software"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

SaazISD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InventoryPro subject to the following:

• SaaS Version: Licensed per tenant/subscription. Access is provided via web browser.
• Desktop Version: Licensed per device. One license key per installation.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Software.
• You may not share your license key with others.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use the Software only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Software or its servers
• Maintain regular backups of your data

4. Data & Privacy

• Your business data (sales, purchases, inventory) is stored securely
• SaazISD does not sell or share your data with third parties
• You retain full ownership of your business data
• SaazISD may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the Software
• Upon subscription cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days

5. Payment & Subscription (SaaS)

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your plan
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• SaazISD reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access

6. Desktop License

• Desktop licenses are perpetual for the purchased version
• Updates may require additional purchase
• License keys are tied to the registered device/business
• Lost or stolen license keys will not be replaced without verification

7. Limitation of Liability

SaazISD shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business data due to user error or hardware failure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses resulting from Software downtime
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid in the last 3 months

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in InventoryPro, including code, design, logos, and documentation, belong exclusively to SaazISD Software Solutions. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement.

9. Termination

SaazISD may terminate your license if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh.
